What’s On Your Mind, Richard Mendenhall?

Many think of Richard Mendenhall as the owner of Columbia’s largest real estate firm and, perhaps, as a developer.
Mendenhall sees himself differently: “What I’d like on my tombstone is ‘Teacher and Mentor.’”
