Amber House under new ownership
Dawson and Sherri Claridge have purchased Amber House Bed and Breakfast in Rocheport, Missouri.
The Claridges have been in the business for twenty years and have worked for a range of establishments from small local restaurants to well-known resorts, including Vail Resorts, The Grand Hyatt and The Ritz-Carlton. The pair has also traveled to more than 30 countries to study the art of hospitality. They say these experiences have prepared them to provide Amber House guests a very unique and personalized experience.
Amber House Bed and Breakfast is a year-round, full service bed and breakfast located along the MKT Trail. It includes four guest suites, a kitchen, formal dining room, hardwood floors and tiled baths. Each morning, the Claridges provide a multi-course breakfast using locally sourced foods. They also offer lunch and a multi-course dinner.
Sherri, a licensed massage therapist, will also offer on-site massage services, combining Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and trigger point therapy techniques. She says Amber House will be the only bed and breakfast in Rocheport to offer these services on-site.
Amber House can accommodate up to eight guests each night and is available to host other events, including holiday parties, girls weekends, receptions, business meetings and more.
