Susan Reeves: Great Circle, a behavioral health nonprofit with four locations around Missouri, has hired Reeves as its regional director of advancement. Reeves comes to Great Circle from her alma mater, the University of Missouri, where she worked in development for 12 years. In her new position, Reeves is responsible for all fundraising, volunteer activities and events that go to supporting residential treatment, community-based services and special education in the central region.

Kimberly Ponder: During the Boone Electric Cooperative’s annual Meeting of Members on July 12, Ashland businesswoman Ponder was elected to the co-op’s board of directors and will replace Larry Traxler of Columbia, who retired after 18 years on the board. Current board members Karen McBride Kinkhead and Wayne Wilcox also won elections to retain their seats.

Boone County National Bank Promotions: Sara O’Neal, Marissa Grimmett, Michelle LeGrand, Fernando Carlos and Katherine Landes were promoted to customer service representative II, and Jeff Dubourge was named senior customer service representative for the customer service center. Additionally, Halea Seger was promoted to senior teller at Motor Bank, where she will be the branch’s operational leader. Bailey Howerton and Joan Leeper have been promoted to teller II after six successful months as tellers.

Barbara Ramsey: Following the retirement of five-year Director RWB Keith Neese, Ramsey has been named executive director of the Masonic Home of Missouri. Ramsey, who has served the organization for 12 years as director of outreach programs, will take over her role at the start of August. At the start of her tenure, the new director will focus on developing funding for the organization.

Lee W. Hendrickson: Following a national search, Providence Bank has appointed Hendrickson as chief financial officer and executive vice president. Hendrickson brings experience from a “Big Four” accounting firm in Michigan and from 20 years as a CFO of a holding company whose assets totaled nearly $6 billion. Hendrickson will operate out of Providence’s mid-Missouri offices.

Amy Veasman: Veasman has been named vice president at Central Bank after 10 years with the bank. Veasman, who has strong background in community banking, will also assume the role of branch manager for the Tuscumbia, Mo., location. A graduate of Lincoln University, Veasman is an active community member in Vienna, Mo., where she heads the Home and School Association for Visitation Inter-Parish School.

Matt Volkert: Veterans United has announced the hiring of Volkert as its chief strategy officer. In his new position, Volkert will set the company’s strategic priorities to better serve veterans and service members. Volkert comes from the MU System, where he was a counsel focusing on special projects. Before that post, Volkert was a partner at Van Matre, Harrison, Volkert and Hollis PC in Columbia.

Jim Sinek: Effective Aug. 12, Sinek has been appointed president of Boone Hospital Center. Sinek comes from Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Va., where he was president and CEO. During his time at Faith Regional, Sinek oversaw the transition to electronic medical records and the building of a new bed tower. Sinek has more than 20 years of experience in health care leadership and is also a member of the American Bar Association and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Joyce Brandt: Williams-Keepers LLC has announced the hiring of Brandt as a health care industry consultant at the company’s Jefferson City office. Brandt is a graduate of William Woods University and MU and brings 15 years of health care industry experience to her new positions.

Ben Arand: Arand has joined Williams-Keepers LLC as an audit associate at the company’s Columbia office. A Farmington, Mo., native, Arand brings more than four years of tax and auditing experience with him from St. Louis.

Lee Englund: Englund, a certified public accountant, joins Williams-Keepers LLC as an audit associate following a year of auditing at a public accounting firm in Springfield, Mo. Englund is a Jefferson City native and graduate of Missouri State University.
