Boone County National Bank Awards
Ali Thompson, Charlotte Gaddy and Lynn Limback were presented with the bank’s most prestigious awards for sales excellence, superior customer service and leadership at the annual awards ceremony.

Duane Heathman
U.S. Cellular (NYSE: USM) named Heathman the business development manager for Missouri. Heathman’s new role involves coaching retail leaders and store associates to deliver U.S. Cellular’s small- and mid-size business customers the best customer experience in the industry.

“Duane has fully embraced U.S. Cellular’s commitment to treating our customers like people, not numbers, and he will do an outstanding job developing his teams in order to give our business customers a superior experience,” says Nathan Waddell, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in Missouri.

Shirlee Stokes
Mainstreet Bank hired Stokes as branch manager of its Ashland location. She brings four years of banking experience to Mainstreet and previously worked at Commerce Bank as lead teller.

“We are very happy to welcome Shirlee to the Mainstreet Bank family,” says Jon Cochran, CEO of Mainstreet Bank. “She has a strong background in branch operations and customer relationship management.”

Adam Dubé
Columbia Independent School’s Board of Trustees announced the appointment of Adam Dubé as the next head of school, effective July 1, 2013. He is currently the upper school director at Vail Mountain School in Vail, Colo., where he also served as middle school director, department chair coordinator, English Department chair and Spanish Department chair.

“We are so excited to have Adam join us at CIS and look forward to working with him as we advance our school into the future,” says Jon Thompson, chairman of the board of trustees.

Thomas Selva
Selva was appointed chief medical information officer of the University of Missouri Health System and medical director of the Tiger Institute. In his new role, Selva will be responsible for shaping the ongoing development of MU Health Care’s overall clinical information technology strategy, capabilities and its integration into clinic practice.

Dustin Dunstedter
Socket announced the promotion of Dunstedter to business center supervisor. In his new role, Dunstedter will oversee the service and support of Socket’s business clients. He has worked at Socket for five years, most recently as a business center analyst.

Scott Dean
Socket named Dean service delivery manager. Dean will oversee a group of employees responsible for ordering new circuits, setting up services on Socket’s network, ensuring 911 compatibility and scheduling installations. Dean previously managed Socket’s business center and has been with the company for 11 years.

Kristi Shanks
Shanks was hired by Socket to assist the accounting department to ensure financial compliance with requirements of Socket’s funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to expand fiber-to-the-home technology into rural Boone and Callaway counties.
