Medical office building to occupy last lot in Broadway Bluffs

The new medical office for Magnolia Critical Care and Internal Medicine will be built in Broadway Bluffs on what was a vacant lot at the top of this aerial photo provided by Forum Development Group.

A new medical office building is planned for the last of five commercial lots in Broadway Bluffs, west of Culver’s on East Broadway.
The 17,000-square-foot, three-story building will be owned and occupied by Magnolia Critical Care and Internal Medicine.
It will be approximately three months to start construction. Dr. Ramen Puri is head of the group. The lot is 1.41 acres.
Broadway Bluff was developed in 2006. The first lot was sold to Culver’s. Jay Lindner, director of leasing for Forum Development Group, said the parcel had seven lots: five were sold to end users, including Magnolia Critical Care and Internal Medicine, and two lots were used for buildings constructed by Forum Development Group.
