First National Bank continues its reshuffling

Andrew Beverley, formerly executive vice president of the Landrum Company, has been promoted to chairman and CEO of First National Bank & Trust Co., of which Landrum is the parent company. Sabrina McDonnell recently became the 11th president of First National Bank & Trust Co. when former bank president Kevin Gibbens became president and COO of The Landrum Company. The leadership shifts anticipate the eventual retirement of Chairman/CEO Jeff MacLellan.

The latest promotions:

First National Bank has promoted Cheryl Jarvis to senior vice president of retail banking. Jarvis will oversee branch locations, bankwide customer service, the Regency Club and teller training.

Nick Kieffer has been promoted to senior vice president of retail and consumer products at the bank, where he will oversee personal lending products and facility management.

Teri Smith has been promoted to senior vice president at the bank. She is responsible for directing all sales activities and overseeing the bank’s marketing and public relations activities, banker training programs and customer contact center.

The Landrum Company has promoted Tom Richards to senior vice president, CFO. Richards will oversee the financial growth of Landrum Company banks.
